Vallu is very open and friendly, he has a lot of drive and is always willing to work.
The best part in him is his willingness to learn new things. Sometimes you can almost hear him thinking. The best way to make Vallu learn new things is to let him fail, that doesn´t bring him down but gives him tools to figure things out.
He doesn´t take pressure, his motivation raises when asking more.
When he´s got a job, he gives 110% but when chilling out he can be as lazy and laid back as his owner. :)
